Processing Time

My current turn around time is 7-28 business days from the time of payment (Business days are Monday -Friday..Holidays are NOT BUSINESS days )

Please note that once your item is shipped it’s up to USPS on how fast they get the items to you. They are operating at a slower rate than usual due to COVID so please keep that in mind.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Please be advised: All items are washed in All Free & Clear and dried with a Downy frangrance free dryer sheet due to bleaching.

Wash all items inside out and we recommend to hang dry any screen printed items and bleached items.

ALL hand dyed items are recommended to be washed by themselves the first 1-2 times.

Return Policy

Each item is made to order which means I don’t accept cancellations or refunds.

Any mistakes or issues I must be contacted within 3 business days of delivery and we will try to solve the issue if we can.

Mistakes that will be ”re-processed” are limited to misprints with the image.

All bleach designs will be different due to each item being hand bleached and no two being the same (that does not fall under a misprint.). Also the colors pulled will vary from yellow, tan, orange, pink, white, and grey . All will be relatively the same but it’s possible the colors can vary due to oxygen, sunlight and fabric. (this also does not fall under a misprint)

Hand dyed and Ice Dyed items will never be identical to picture shown due to the chemical breakdown of the colors. The same technique will be used each time, however no two items will EVER be exactly the same. There will be no returns for color variation due to the breakdown during the chemical process.

If an item is returned for a wrong address, insufficient address, return to sender etc. the buyer will be responsible for paying the reship fee. No refunds will be issued.
